RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges.
Items purchased online can be returned if they are in the condition that they were received. Please send all returns/exchanges to:

For exchanges, include a written description of the items needed. Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched only after after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Glide Surf Co. reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Glide Surf Co. has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Glide Surf Co. shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
Surfboards
Surfboards cannot be returned or exchanged. All surfboard sales are FINAL.
Footwear
We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original designer shoe box, undamaged and free of postal labels. Footwear returns without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.
FINAL Sale Items
FINAL Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned Final Sale item or items, the package will be returned to you, you will be notified via email, and you will not receive a refund. All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
GIFT CARDS
Glide Surf Co. Gift Cards are now currently available online. They are also available at our retail store.
SHIPPING
We make every attempt to ship out orders as soon as possible, but we are a small operation, so please be patient. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will generally ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Glide Surf Co. will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Please note that the $190 for shipping charged at checkout for surfboards is a flat rate to the continental US only for boards up to 8'6". AK, HI, PR, & international locations and/or longer boards are subject to higher costs & additional fees depending on the destination/board length. You may owe an additional fee after checkout before we can ship you a board. Please contact us for shipping. We ship worldwide.
Free US shipping on purchases over $150 excludes surfboards and full wetsuits. Not to be combined with other offers.
In-Store Pickup
We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Please inquire about international shipping at 1-732-456-9421 or info@glidesurfco.com regarding specific item(s), and we will provide a quote to your hometown.
SALES TAXES
Please note that a 6.625% sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a New Jersey address or for items purchased online and picked up in store (regardless of your home address).
